Dually Licensed Mental Health Teletherapist (LCSW or LPC in VA & TX)

Teletherapist (Child, Family, Adult) Full-time or Part-Time (minimum of 7 sessions per week). Locations Licensed therapists in BOTH Virginia and Texas are eligible. Job Summary The Teletherapist will provide therapy through a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform in standard 45‑60 minute sessions. Full‑time therapists have an average caseload of approximately 30 client sessions per week. Part‑time therapists may provide at least 7 sessions per week. We assist with credentialing, billing, marketing, scheduling, and provide a dedicated teletherapy platform. Responsibilities Provide therapy virtually in 45‑60 minute blocks. Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Input on effective strategies, techniques, and services to support clients. Contribute as an integral part of the MySpectrum team. Qualifications & Skills Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia (and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels; multi‑state license holders, including Texas, are encouraged). Experience working with diverse populations. Desire to contribute to a growing company with input on client services. Commitment to build caseload growth over time. High‑speed internet access. HIPAA‑protected space for consistent sessions. Comfortable working remotely and conducting telehealth sessions. Benefits & Perks Create your own hours.
