Position Summary Partners with outside Account Manager to facilitate the sale of packaging products. Manages and coordinates customer orders and inquiries and interfaces with related manufacturing and shipping personnel, ensuring quality products are received by the customer as purchased. Responsibilities Coordinates with Account Manager on existing and new business opportunities Processes inquiries regarding orders, price requests, basic product information, verification of ship date, expediting orders, ordering samples, etc. Reviews orders for accuracy, calculates and verifies product pricing per established company schedules, and enters all order information including customer, product, board, pricing, quantity, and ship dates Processes price quoting, which includes obtaining freight rates and creating and forwarding quotes to customer Expedites product orders through manufacturing and shipping Creates, updates, and maintains account price pages Creates new customers in the CRM database.
