Position Overview
The Product Support Coordinator B will perform a variety of warehouse and product support activities in a team-based environment. This role involves handling inventory, supporting shipping/receiving operations, and ensuring accurate material handling while following established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform product support activities across functions such as raw materials, parts identification, stock handling, shipping, and receiving.
- Support stockroom operations including picking, packing, labeling, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
- Handle materials and parts in accordance with established processes and safety standards.
- Operate basic warehouse tools/equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Ensure clean and organized work areas in compliance with operational standards.
- Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
Education Requirement
- High School Diploma or equivalent (as per guidelines effective 03/27/2020)
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling environments preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory systems, RF scanners, or shipping/receiving processes is a plus.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
