Senior Investment Analyst

The SCI, the Leader in Real Estate Executive Search®, is assisting a very active and well capitalized industrial real estate investment firm hire a Senior Investment Analyst . This role will provide analytical support to the Investments team in the areas of evaluation, underwriting, due diligence investigation and closing of industrial real estate deals nationally, including direct equity, leveraged, joint venture, preferred equity and other structured finance investments. Potential investment targets include development, stabilized, rehabilitation and value-add opportunities. The Senior Investment Analyst role is based in Minneapolis and will work from the company\'s office on a 3-day per week hybrid schedule. Responsibilities Include: Underwriting and Analyzing Investments Modeling in Excel and Argus Performing Sensitivity Analysis Preparing Investment Memos Participating in Due Diligence Performing Market Research Ideal candidates will have strong modeling skills and at least 2 years of industrial real estate experience in investments, asset management or brokerage.
