Busser & Hookah Attendant Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and maintain a clean, organized, and friendly atmosphere.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables in a timely manner.
- Assist servers and bartenders with customer requests and food delivery.
- Restock supplies, utensils, napkins, and beverages throughout the shift.
- Ensure all dining and lounge areas are clean and presentable.
- Prepare, assemble, and serve hookahs according to customer preferences.
- Replace coals and monitor hookahs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Sanitize hookah equipment and maintain all health and safety standards.
- Answer customer questions regarding hookah flavors and menu options.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with staff to provide excellent customer service
