This center prioritizes quality 1:1 care over speed, offering an exceptional environment for professionals dedicated to patient-centered service. The facility boasts a supportive leadership team that treats contract staff like their own and ensures a great workplace atmosphere. Staff enjoy flexible schedules, team outings, and occasional complimentary lunches. All candidates must be registered and credentialed as Medicare providers in the state of Arizona in order to be eligible for this position. The center is interested in contracts longer than 13 weeks. There is some flexibility but they prefer contracts for a full year with the ability to return and renew the contract if it’s working out. Patients are scheduled at a pace of two per hour, allowing for thorough and effective treatment sessions. The facility is equipped with a full gym and diverse equipment, encouraging comprehensive rehabilitation strategies.
