CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE II

Job Details: Job Location: Oak Hill, OH 45656, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: None, Salary Range: $15.37 Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Banking, Accept cash items from customers for deposits. Handle withdrawals from and deposits to savings and checking accounts. Take loan payments. Maintain a running account of all transactions. Job requires extensive on-the-job training for proficiency. Responsible for cross-selling other company products and maintaining quality relationships between OVB and the customers. Qualifications: JOB QUALIFICATIONS *Detail oriented
- Good telephone skills *Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain considerable tact with difficult and/or irate customers, yet remain personable *Fast, efficient worker
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to project good judgment with moderate supervision *Basic PC skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to work overtime or extended hours when necessary
