Harmoniq Residential is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support our community at Presidio Square Apartments . You’ll partner closely with an experienced Property Manager and an on-site team that values communication, follow-through, and treating residents with respect.

What you’ll do

• Support daily operations of the property alongside the Property Manager
• Assist residents with questions, concerns, and account support in a professional, approachable way
• Help with rent collection and resident accounts, with guidance and support
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed properly and on time
• Support leasing activities as needed, including tours and resident communication
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing requirements
• Contribute to a positive, welcoming community environment

What we’re looking for

• 2–3 years of residential property management or leasing experience
• A customer-service mindset and genuine care for residents
• Comfort learning financial processes like rent collection and reporting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, Entrata, or AppFolio is helpful, but not required
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
