Service Manager

Lead Eco's service department — coaching technicians, owning the numbers, and making sure every customer gets a 5-star experience. This is a player-coach role for a proven home-services leader who develops people and drives results. What you’ll do Lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians across trades Own service KPIs: revenue, close rate, average ticket, CSAT, and callbacks Ride along, train, and run regular performance reviews Partner with dispatch to balance schedules and emergency coverage Handle escalations and uphold Eco's quality and pricing standards Recruit, onboard, and retain top technicians What you bring 3+ years leading a home‑services (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) service team Strong grasp of service KPIs and how to coach to them Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills Valid Washington driver's license Trade background strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
