This isn’t your typical retail job—achieve your financial dreams with uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match.Job Details:The part-time Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. Experts will execute MFRM selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center.Professional communication and representation of Company brand in all internal and external interactionsFollow Company procedures for product transfers to ensure proper documentation of inventoryYou will need to work within the district based on business needs.Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due dateAssist in completing store inventory counts as assigned by leadershipExecute company initiatives and any other activities requested by supervisor • Follow open and closing proceduresEnsure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for allContributes ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the CompanyFollow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.Communicates any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations Effective Selling MethodsCommunicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers, serve as subject matter expert.Adhere to all sales processing policies to ensure the proper creation and execution of customer invoicing.Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.Assist in processing inventory counts.Lift, pull and push up to 50+ pounds.Benefits Included:Excellent career growth opportunities through on-the-job training and development programs401(k) with employer matchingMental health and life resourcesMedical, dental, prescription, and vision plansGet paid on-demandBase pay or uncapped commissionEmployee discounts on Mattress Firm sleep products and accessoriesCompensation:Competitive pay range of $35,000-$55,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience.
