Three Days Per Week | Daytime Hours

A Taste of Britain is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven professional to lead our dining room and front-of-house team three days per week. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys restaurant hospitality, would enjoy working with a strong team, and understands the details that distinguish an ordinary meal from an exceptional guest experience.

Our restaurant service hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering the rare opportunity to work in hospitality without late nights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dining room team throughout service.
• Maintain polished, attentive, and gracious service standards.
• Direct and support servers, hosts, and bussers.
• Manage the flow of the dining room and respond to changing service needs.
• Coach team members in real time and hold them accountable to established standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen and other managers to ensure smooth service.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain dining room readiness, cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Help create memorable experiences that surprise and delight our guests.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Has previous restaurant management or front-of-house leadership experience.
• Ideally has experience in fine dining, upscale casual dining, luxury hospitality, or another highly service-oriented environment.
• Demonstrates a warm, confident, and professional presence.
• Notices details and anticipates the needs of both guests and employees.
• Remains calm, organized, and decisive during busy service periods.
• Is comfortable coaching employees and maintaining accountability.
• Leads from the dining room floor and enjoys being actively involved in service.
• Is available to work three consistent days per week, including weekend availability as needed.
