Pay: $17-19/hr, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Crew Member, you will work with your crew to keep landscapes looking their best. Daily responsibilities may include:

• Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Pulling weeds, mulching, planting, and general landscape upkeep
• Helping maintain residential and commercial properties
• Using basic landscape tools and equipment safely
• Working as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and with quality
• Identifying issues in the field and communicating with your crew leader
• Learning new landscaping skills and techniques

A strong candidate will have:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliability and willingness to show up ready to work
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for long periods
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
• Reliable transportation
• A clean driving record preferred
• Landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
