Ecolab is seeking a Territory Sales and Service Representative to join our team in Wichita, KS . You will serve as the face of Ecolab, managing your territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions for customers to achieve a cleaner, safer & healthier environment. How You'll Make an Impact Leverage tools and technology (tablet and mobile phone apps) to conduct customer visits and recommend unique programs and solutions. Communicate our total value to the customer to meet their needs and grow sales within existing accounts. Use problem‑solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems. Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as needed. Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions. Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring customers’ operations are fully functional. Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs. Position Details This is a field‑based position that may require travel to Wichita, KS; McPherson, KS; Hutchinson, KS; Pratt, KS. During training: 2 of 12 weeks in Ecolab Corporate Headquarters, Eagan, MN; remaining weeks in‑field. Generally 1 in 4 weekends are required (based on business demand). Physical Requirements of Position Lifting 50 lbs. Pushing/pulling; standing, bending, stooping. Working in confined spaces. Distinguishing color (tools may be accommodated). Availability to work overtime. Driving a company vehicle as required. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry‑related experience. Availability to work overnight shifts, emergency assistance at night, weekends, or holidays. Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions. No immigration sponsorship available for this position. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree or other advanced training or certifications. Previous mechanical problem‑solving experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanics) in kitchens, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, or pool/spa. Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The total compensation range for this position is $58,700-$88,100, including base pay and target incentive based on performance.
