Cage Supervisor, Finger Lakes Gaming

Role Overview Delaware North Gaming seeks a full‑time Cage Supervisor for Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. The supervisor will oversee all cage and vault operations, ensuring that state, federal, and Delaware North guidelines and procedures are followed. This role offers teamwork and an exciting gaming environment. Pay $24.50 per hour. Participate in the selection and training of new team members, ensuring compliance with laws and procedures. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues. Assist in preparing daily and weekly reports. Monitor inventory supplies for cage operations. Maintain accurate cash bank and balance money at shift end; investigate variances and report as applicable. Monitor ticket redemption machines and schedule maintenance as needed. Maintain the supervisor bank transactions daily when necessary. Qualifications Minimum of one year supervisory experience. Ability to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault. Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead in a high‑volume, results‑oriented environment. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license. College degree not required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 30 lbs occasionally. Must be able to bend, lift, and stand for long periods of time. Work may be in a smoky environment with moderate-to-high noise levels. Shift Details Evenings – 10‑hour shift. Overnight – Weekends. M-F shifts available.
