Supervisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Leader to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will lead by example, support team members, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate team members during assigned shifts Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns Open and/or close the store following company procedures Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to staff Enforce company policies, safety standards, and procedures Handle cash management responsibilities, including registers and deposits Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1 year of previous supervisory or leadership experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Preferred Skills: Experience in retail, food service, or hospitality Leadership and team-building abilities Conflict resolution and decision-making skills This position reports to the store manager, district manager and the ownership of the company. The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work and have open availability including weekends and holidays.
