Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and organized professional to join our healthcare team. You will perform a combination of various administrative and clinical tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet patients and collect contact information and insurance data
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient questions, and take messages
- Schedule new and follow-up appointments
- Room patients
- EKG & Blood Pressure
- Administer Vaccines (Preferred)
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working for a healthcare practice
- Familiar with medical terminology
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Hours
Monday Thru Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM
