Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and organized professional to join our healthcare team. You will perform a combination of various administrative and clinical tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet patients and collect contact information and insurance data
Answer phone calls, respond to patient questions, and take messages
Schedule new and follow-up appointments
Room patients
EKG & Blood Pressure
Administer Vaccines (Preferred)

Requirements and Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience working for a healthcare practice
Familiar with medical terminology
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Hours

Monday Thru Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Growing Board Certified Physicians practice specializing in Infectious Diseases located in the Medical Arts Pavilion at Penn Medicine Princeton Hospital. We have a combined experience of over 30 years. Looking for someone who is highly motivated and willing to grow with the practice.
