We're Hiring | US Healthcare Recruiter (RN Hiring) | 100% Remote Rang Technologies Inc . is looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in Registered Nurse (RN) recruitment. If you have a proven track record in sourcing and placing RN professionals for the US healthcare market Work Mode: 100% Remote Experience: 1-2 Years in US Healthcare Recruitment (RN Hiring Mandatory) Market: US Healthcare Staffing Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit Registered Nurses (RN) for US healthcare clients. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified RN candidates. Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand hiring requirements. Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, and other sourcing channels effectively. Ensure timely submissions while maintaining quality and compliance. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment. Hands-on experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RN) is mandatory. Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing industry. Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
