Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions to identify impairments and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement treatment protocols using a variety of techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all pertinent policies regarding patient confidentiality, safety, and rights.
• Engage in proactive communication with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to foster a cohesive treatment experience.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training sessions to enhance service delivery and professional knowledge.
• Promote a positive image of the clinic through patient interaction, professional conduct, and community outreach efforts.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the clinic, promptly identifying and reporting any hazards.
• Document all treatment results and activities accurately within electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Adage Physical Therapy Clinic, you will be working with a diverse client population, ranging from post-surgical patients to individuals with chronic pain and athletes recovering from sports injuries. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification (hands-on).

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits
