Attorney – Energy and Utility Law Adams Broadwell Joseph & Cardozo is accepting applications for an Attorney to practice Energy and Utility Law. Position Summary The Energy and Utility Associate will evaluate and develop energy policy and rate cases, conduct legal research, conduct factual investigation, prepare administrative records, write briefs, appear at administrative proceedings, evaluate and develop policy, provide oral advocacy before regulatory bodies, collaborate with stakeholders and perform legislative work. Essential Skills and Abilities Minimum two years of substantive experience practicing before the California Public Utilities Commission. Excellent research and analytic skills. Outstanding persuasive written and oral communication skills. Strong strategic and creative thinking. Good judgment, initiative and strong work ethic. Commitment to serving the public interest. Ability to work collegially and contribute to a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. Willingness to travel for case work, seminars and hearing appearances. Salary Annual salary ranges from $120,000 to $175,000. Actual pay will vary based on experience, skills, business needs and market factors.
