Deliver direct patient care as needed while maintaining supervision of care teams during night shifts. Coordinate staffing assignments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient safety and throughput. Ensure accurate documentation, adherence to policies, and compliance with regulatory standards. Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes; respond to emergencies and elevate issues appropriately. Mentor and guide junior staff, promote best practices in infection control, safety, and quality metrics. Requirements Current Registered Nurse license to practice Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC Supervisory/charge nurse experience in Med Surg and ER preferred OB/Newborn Stabilization education/training is a plus Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in block scheduling (6 on, 8 off) Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours per week Travel assignment with dedicated recruiter support 16-week contract with potential extension opportunities Credentialing and onboarding support to facilitate a smooth start Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
