Global Digital & IT Transformation & Integration Lead

Ipsen seeks a Digital & IT Transformation & Integration Lead to manage end-to-end planning, governance, and execution of technology integration for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic business transformations. The role serves as the central coordination point between business functions, IT teams, and executive leadership, translating transaction requirements into executable integration plans and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-close integration planning and due diligence assessment of target digital and technology environments
• Establish integration governance frameworks, decision forums, and reporting mechanisms
• Develop and maintain end-to-end integration plans across applications, infrastructure, security, and operations
• Coordinate implementation and transition activities, tracking risks, milestones, and dependencies
• Provide executive leadership and stakeholder management throughout integration lifecycle

Requirements

• Experience leading Digital & IT integration for M&A transactions or major business transformations
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong governance, planning, and program management expertise
• Proficiency translating technical considerations into business-focused recommendations
• Experience with operating model assessment and organizational change management
• Ability to influence and drive alignment across organizations without direct authority
