Estimating & Client Development – Structural & Miscellaneous Steel Location: Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | In-Office + Field | Industry Experienced Strong Base Salary + Performance Incentives A respected structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection company is looking to fill a newly created role for Estimating & Client Development. This position is designed to expand the company’s growth capacity while working alongside an established Chief Estimator who has built long-standing contractor relationships and a strong project pipeline over more than two decades. This role blends hands-on estimating, client relationship management, and project development. It is not a traditional high-pressure sales position. Success comes from credibility, follow-through, and building strong industry relationships over time.
