We are looking for someone with strong dental experience who is confident handling patient communication, scheduling, insurance, billing, and treatment coordination. What We Offer Competitive pay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience) Bonus opportunities Consistent weekday schedule Supportive private practice environment Opportunity to become a valued long-term member of our team Schedule Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday: CLOSED Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturdays 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Responsibilities As a key member of our front office team, you will: Welcome patients with a warm and professional attitude Manage patient check-in and check-out Schedule and coordinate appointments Answer phones and assist patients with questions Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance processing Handle billing, payments, and patient accounts Assist with treatment coordination and administrative tasks Help ensure every patient has an excellent experience from start to finish Qualifications Previous dental front office experience is required 5+ years of dental administrative experience preferred Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment planning Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently while being a strong team player If you're looking to join a private practice that values its patients, team members, and quality care, we'd love to hear from you.
