Commissioning Manager

Renewyx have partnered with a data center owner-operator to appoint a Commissioning Manager in Midland, Texas.

The role sits on the owner's side of a live campus build, with additional phases already in the pipeline behind it.

You will own the commissioning program on site, reviewing the Cx plan and test scripts before they reach the field and running the sequence from Level 1 through to Level 5. Day to day, that means holding the commissioning agent, the general contractor and the equipment vendors to schedule, keeping the issues log moving to closure, and signing off a clean handover to the operations team.

• Commissioning experience on mission critical or heavy industrial facilities, carried through integrated systems testing

• A track record of leading contractors, CxA teams and vendors on an active construction site

• Availability to be based on site in Midland full time

• Owner-side, hyperscale or colocation exposure

• Electrical depth (MV distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators) or mechanical (chilled water, CRAH, air cooled)

• ACP CxA, PE or a comparable credential

• Up to $350,000 base, depending on experience

• Permanent, employed directly by the owner

• On site in Midland, Texas

• One campus now, with further phases to follow
