Are you someone who loves creating memorable experiences for others? At NICO & VALI, a charming and vibrant restaurant located in Plymouth, MI, we take pride in offering our guests exceptional dining experiences with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Hostess to be the first smiling face our guests see when they walk through the door. If you're ready to be part of a team that values hospitality and teamwork, we want to hear from you! I need people that are comfortable with part time employment and that have an open availability in the evening btw 4 and 9 during the week and 4-10 Friday and Saturday. Sunday 4-8. There is a potential for full time
What You'll DoAs a Hostess at NICO & VALI, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest feels special from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assisting with waitlist management during busy times.
- Providing accurate wait time estimates and accommodating guest preferences whenever possible.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment.
- Answering the phone to assist with inquiries, carryout orders or take reservations.
- You will also be trained as a food runner and busser. All positions are hourly + tips
