Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients and counsel. Requirements Over three years of experience in asset management M&A. Proactive with strong business acumen and communication skills. Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in Washington, DC. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in the resident office's location. Skills Strong experience in GP stakes transactions.
