We are looking for a Vibe Coder — someone who blends software skills, AI‑assisted development, design instincts, automation thinking, and startup energy into rapid execution. Position Overview As a Vibe Coder at Bushburg Properties Inc., you’ll build lightweight tools, automate repetitive tasks, prototype ideas quickly, and help transform day‑to‑day property operations through technology. This is not a traditional corporate developer role. We want someone who can: Ship fast Think creatively Use AI tools effectively Build clean internal systems Solve operational headaches Create polished experiences without overengineering You’ll work closely with leadership, operations teams, marketing, and vendors to turn ideas into working products.
