MUST:

Experienced Medical Secretary

2+ years in a medical office setting

Experience in a high-volume practice

EPIC experience required

Cardiology experience strongly preferred

MUST be able to coordinate meetings, conferences, etc.

MUST be able to multi-task

DUTIES:

Typing correspondence

Scheduling patient appointments

Scheduling business appointments and maintaining provider calendars

Verifying insurance information

Leads lower-level administrative staff

Other duties as assigned
