Customer Service Specialist

Express is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a Tax Services Organization in Murrysville. Positions also available at the Penn Hills location. We look for a specialist to assist taxpayers with account inquiries, payment processing, and administrative support. The role involves in‑person interactions and phone support while maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional service.
