Commercial Real Estate Analyst

Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and finance-driven Analyst to perform initial underwriting of investment options across various asset classes. This role will also assist in the oversight and performance of our commercial real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in real estate finance, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies that enhance NOI, optimize cash flow, and support long-term investment objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute asset-level business plans to maximize value and investor returns Perform detailed financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, budgeting, and forecasting Monitor asset performance and identify opportunities to increase NOI and reduce expenses Partner with leasing and property management teams to drive occupancy and rental growth Oversee capital expenditures and evaluate ROI on value-add initiatives Prepare investor reports, financial summaries, and performance updates Analyze market trends and recommend strategic decisions, including hold/sell strategies Support refinancing, disposition, and acquisition efforts as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field 3–7+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, investment analysis, or related field Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Argus and Excel proficiency required) Deep understanding of NOI, IRR, cash flow analysis, and valuation methods Excellent communication and presentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Bridger Properties
