In this position, you’ll:

• Deliver instructional and therapeutic strategies tailored to diverse student needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth
• Collaborate closely with fellow educators, therapists, and support staff to address students’ academic and behavioral objectives
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, adapting interventions and accommodations as needed
• Engage regularly with families, providing updates and guidance to support holistic development
• Participate in school meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Minnesota teaching license in Special Education is required
• Previous experience working with students with exceptional needs
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, behavioral interventions, and differentiated instruction
• Ability to communicate with empathy and clarity across multidisciplinary teams
