St. Julian Winery, Michigan’s oldest and most awarded winery, is looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our tasting room team as Operations Support ! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, organization, events, and helping maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming environment for our guests and team. Position Details Part-Time | Up to 29 Hours Per Week Availability on Truck Delivery Days, Weekends & Events May Be Required Frankenmuth Tasting Room Why You Will Love Working Here Employee discounts on wine & merchandise Active, hands-on work environment Variety in your day-to-day responsibilities Opportunities to grow within St. Julian Winery Work alongside a passionate and supportive team What You Will Do Assisting with truck deliveries and unloading wine, merchandise, and supplies Stocking and organizing the backroom and inventory areas Restocking wine, merchandise, and displays throughout the tasting room Carrying cases and purchases to customers' vehicles as needed Assisting with event setup, breakdown, stocking, and product movement Completing minor cleaning and general housekeeping tasks Assisting with basic landscaping and outdoor upkeep Completing minor maintenance and general upkeep tasks Helping maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming tasting room What We Are Looking For We are seeking someone who is: Dependable, hardworking, and ready to jump in where needed Organized and able to keep inventory and storage areas neat Comfortable completing physical and hands-on tasks Able to work independently and as part of a team Attentive to cleanliness, organization, and safety Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of tasting room needs Preferred Qualifications Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed Perfect For Someone Who… Enjoys staying active and working with their hands Takes pride in keeping things clean and organized Likes variety and does not want to sit behind a desk Is always willing to lend a hand to the team Wants to be part of Michigan’s oldest and most awarded winery Bring your energy, reliability, and can-do attitude to St. Julian Winery and help keep our tasting room stocked, organized, and ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
