About the Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout. You will serve as a key leader responsible for project performance, client relationships, team development, financial oversight, and operational success. Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of project execution from preconstruction through project closeout. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and project stakeholders. Manage project financials including budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and change orders. Drive project schedules, milestones, and operational performance to ensure successful project delivery. Partner with Safety leadership to maintain and promote a strong safety culture. Coordinate staffing, subcontractors, equipment, and field operations. Mentor and develop Project Engineers and project team members. Collaborate with Estimating, Accounting, and Operations teams to support overall project success. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of construction project management experience. Experience managing self‑perform structural concrete projects preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills. Proven success managing complex construction projects and client relationships. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls.
