Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit

Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team in San Antonio. In this position, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients who are in the process of recovering from various illnesses, injuries, or surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions.
• Design and implement personalized rehabilitation care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing is preferred.
