Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Endoscopy/GI Team

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy/GI team in San Antonio. This role is essential in delivering safe, evidence-based care to patients throughout their procedural journey, including pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor recovery.
• Administer conscious sedation and manage patient comfort during procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Prepare and operate endoscopy equipment with precision.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding procedures and care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures.
• Implement infection prevention protocols to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in endoscopy or GI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
