As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll help lead the front-of-house team through the rhythm of each shift - setting the pace, raising the bar, and supporting an experience that feels seamless, elevated, and full of energy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support daily FOH operations in a fast-paced, high-volume rooftop restaurant and bar
• Lead pre-shift meetings and keep communication flowing across all departments
• Supervise team performance and service execution - jumping in where needed to keep the guest experience strong
• Be present on the floor - checking in with guests, supporting servers and bartenders, and maintaining high standards
• Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding new team members
• Handle guest recovery with professionalism and urgency
• Support opening and closing procedures, side work, and shift transitions
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel

WHAT YOU BRING

• Previous supervisory or lead experience in a high-energy, upscale restaurant or bar
• Strong leadership and communication skills - you know how to motivate a team and keep service flowing
• Calm, focused presence on the floor, especially during peak hours
• A guest-first mindset and a sharp eye for detail
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment without sacrificing quality
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
