What You Will Do (The Role)
- Master the Floor: Orchestrate daily front-of-house operations during high-energy, premium-tier dinner services.
- Inspire Excellence: Lead, mentor, and elevate a dedicated service team to maintain impeccable steps of service.
- Cultivate Guest Loyalty: Act as the ultimate host, handling VIP relations and ensuring every guest experiences world-class Spanish hospitality.
- Drive Business Performance: Manage labor costs, optimize scheduling, and oversee inventory controls to maximize profit without compromising quality.
- Harmonize FOH & BOH: Partner seamlessly with our talented culinary team to ensure flawless execution and efficient service flow.
- Champion Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and operational integrity.
What We Are Looking For (The Requirements)
- Proven Pedigree: Minimum 4+ years of progressive restaurant management experience, with a background in upscale, high-volume, or fine dining environments.
- Operational Mindset: A polished, hands-on leader who commands the floor by example and shines brightest under pressure.
