We are growing rapidly and looking for skilled sales and estimation professionals to grow with us.

REQUIREMENTS
- You work how we work
- 2+ years experience as in sales, estimation, client management, or project management
- You are extremely responsive. Our customers rely on us to provide fast and accurate information
- You communicate clearly, proactively, and accurately to manage customer expectations
- You are personable and excel in building relationships of trust
- You are excited about growing aggressively with a young, forward-thinking company
- Familiarity with traffic control regulations is helpful, but not required. It's more important to us that you have the right attitude and work ethic
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Field and quickly respond to inbound customer inquiries
- Draw traffic control plans and quotes for customer projects
- Build relationships of trust and rapport with customers, including making customer visits and attending events
- Manage customer projects with our operations team so projects start on time and wrap up properly
- Expand your book of business through direct sales efforts, including in person and remote outreach
- Do everything you can to enable the success of your teammates
- Our team is new. Ideal candidates will help us develop our sales strategy and playbook
