Registered Respiratory Therapist - Nights

Schedule

This position offers a night shift, requiring 32 hours per week from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including weekends and holidays.

Job Description

The Registered Respiratory Therapist will deliver respiratory therapy services as prescribed by provider orders. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care through appropriate respiratory interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services as per physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care protocols and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - certification as a CRT is not acceptable.
• Valid Ohio Respiratory Care Provider License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
