Weekend shifts may be necessary, and the candidate may float to other facilities as needed. Responsibilities Administer respiratory therapy as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary. Provide education to patients and families regarding respiratory therapy and procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of care provided. Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Required Experience, Certifications & Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RRT. Current NBRC certification and BLS certification at application. Valid Ohio RRT licensure.
