Job Description
Role : Registered Nurse

Schedule : Night shift, 6 PM - 6 AM

Assignment Details :
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements :
- Active nursing license

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
- Perform patient care responsibilities considering the needs specific to the standard of care for various patient age groups, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
- Conduct head-to-toe assessments on all patients and perform reassessments as per policy.
- Formulate teaching plans based on identified learning needs, including family as appropriate.
- Assess and reassess pain management techniques, educates patients and families on pain management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and consult with other departments to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Treat patients and families with respect and dignity while ensuring confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate documentation that meets current standards and policies.
- Identify and communicate psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs, working with social services as necessary.
- Assist physicians with procedures, demonstrating technical and manual skills as required.
- Manage equipment safely and effectively.
