Remote Head of Operations for AI Workflow Excellence

Ethos is seeking a Head of Operations to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on capacity planning, SOPs, and process maps in a fast-paced environment. Remote, flexible hours (5–20 per week), ASAP start, and excellent written communication are key.
