Warehouse Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective stock control procedures.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery and distribution.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring proper maintenance and safety compliance.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage warehouse budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is preferred.
