Housekeeper - Full Time- 1st shift

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, patients, guests, and staff. This full-time position offers a consistent first-shift schedule with every third weekend required. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating orderly spaces, follows cleaning procedures carefully, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces
• Use approved cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
• Restock supplies and notify the appropriate team when items need to be replenished
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and infection control practices as required
• Respond to cleaning requests in a timely and courteous manner
• Follow all facility policies, safety guidelines, and sanitation procedures
• Report maintenance concerns, hazards, or damaged items to the appropriate personnel
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing cleaning equipment for extended periods
