SURVEY TECHNICIAN

JOB ID: 100930-ANA COTEGORY: CONSTURCTION MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE LOCATION: WSHINGTON DC AREA POTNETIAL FOR REMOTE WORK: NO TRAVEL: NA JOB TYPE: EMPLOYMENT We're looking for a skilled Survey Technician to process and analyze survey data using CAD software to create accurate and detailed drawings. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to support the survey department. Process field data for plats and plans. Prepare cutsheets for construction stakeout. Research deed, plat, and record drawings. Prepare boundary composite maps and property descriptions. Process 3D point clouds to create surfaces and contours. Maintain company CAD drafting standards. Prepare existing conditions plans and exhibits. Prepare and format ALTA survey documents. Prepare easement plats and descriptions. Prepare as-built drawings. Qualifications: Strong skills in AutoCAD and other CAD software. Ability to process and analyze survey data accurately. Knowledge of surveying principles and techniques. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively with team members. Hybrid (on-site in Herndon, VA and remote) an open office environment with a collaborative team culture.
