Job Title: Bilingual Collections Representative Schedule: Monday - Friday + occasional Saturdays: 8:30am - 5:30pm Pay: $20-$24 based upon experience Location: Irving, TX 75063 - potential to work-from-home once training is successfully completed As a Bilingual Collections Representative you will be responsible for contacting customers with delinquent automotive loan accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and utilizing skip-tracing techniques to locate customers and collateral. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, using your negotiation and problem-solving skills to recover outstanding debts while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Job Details Contacting customers to negotiate payment arrangements on outstanding accounts Managing and reviewing a queue of accounts through calls, emails, and follow-ups Conducting fact-finding to locate key financial and collateral information Skip-tracing to track down hard-to-reach customers Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive data Collaborating with the team to create a positive, productive work environment Job Requirements Bilingual (Spanish & English) – required Minimum 2 years of experience in collections – required Preferred: Auto collections & bankruptcy experience Strong negotiation & communication skills Tech-savvy – comfortable using computers and collection software A results-driven mindset and a genuine desire to learn and grow Hiring Process Passing clerical testing An in-person interview A clear background check and drug screen #J-18808-Ljbffr
