What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff

• Monitor and document residents’ health status and communicate changes promptly

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide person-centered care

Requirements

• Current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing

• Strong clinical and leadership skills

• Compassion, reliability, and a passion for working with seniors

• Ability to work weekends consistently
