The role entails managing day-to-day travel needs for corporate accounts and delivering exceptional customer service to exceed client expectations. About the opportunity: Corporate Traveler is looking for a bright and ambitious Travel Manager to join the growing team. The Travel Manager handles day-to-day travel needs for corporate accounts won by the Account Executive and builds strong relationships with corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Travel Management: Understand and anticipate client needs and travel preferences; respond quickly and proactively to client requests; resolve client complaints; ensure accurate and timely presentation of clients’ travel documentation. Teamwork and Communication: Contribute in meetings with Team Leaders and Account Executives to keep them informed of client accounts; share information with fellow Travel Managers and Team Leaders to ensure a united, professional approach to client account management; contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment. Office Systems and Processes: Contribute to development and maintenance of office systems and processes for accounts; keep client information up to date to enable quick understanding of accounts. Compensation: We anticipate an hourly pay rate of $24.04 plus commission/incentive earnings. On-target earnings typically range from $50,000 to $95,000.
