Duties

• Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community events, networking, and direct outreach to expand our customer base.
• Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions across health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance sectors.
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that meet their individual needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional client communication and personalized service, fostering long-term loyalty.
• Manage sales administration tasks efficiently using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details.
• Stay informed about insurance regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide accurate guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with team members on benefits administration and client onboarding processes to streamline service delivery.

Requirements

• Licensed in Washington State for Property & Casualty
• Previous insurance or sales experience preferred
• Strong communicator with empathy and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient in a sales environment
• Comfortable learning new tools and excited about AI-driven growth
• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a passion for engaging customers actively.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Knowledge of various insurance products including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance is highly desirable.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships through effective communication.
• Understanding of insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes is a plus.

License/Certification:

• Property & Casualty License (Preferred)

Work Location: Lynnwood, WA and Hybrid WFH options after satisfactory objectives and performances met.
