- Has hands-on experience with ex vivo CAR-T engineering using lentiviral vectors
- Has additional experience with automation, viral vector purification, DOE, or viral vector analytics
- Can troubleshoot experiments independently and optimize experimental conditions
- Has experience with mammalian cell culture, transfection, and viral vector generation
- Has at least 3 years of relevant laboratory research or industrial experience
- Holds an MS or PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Virology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Genetics, or a related field
